Jonathan Grajeda brings a decade of experience working with nonprofits, start-ups, and small businesses. His impact is ever-expanding and extends beyond the U.S. to ten Latin American countries. In the nonprofit sector, Jonathan has an impressive record of leveraging major gifts for programs and capital campaigns. He is known for building strong, lasting cooperative relationships with nonprofits and community organizations.
Jonathan has worked alongside corporate, municipal and nonprofit partners to secure strategic partnerships and leverage collaborative agreements between foundations and federal & state funding agencies. In the U.S., his fundraising, grant management, and program design services have secured millions of dollars for multi-year initiatives implemented by school districts, parks, and public works departments. He also has served as a project manager and consultant for eight-digit and nine-digit figure funding proposals to the federal government.
His creative problem solving, and effective process management has, on average, led to an annual revenue increase of $1,000,000 for startups and small businesses. This includes developing both pipelines and prospecting tools to ensure reliable sales growth and new business opportunities over time.
Jonathan is currently finalizing his Doctorate in Inclusive Public Policy from UMEP in Mexico. He currently holds a Master's in Business Administration in Nonprofit Management from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Queens University. He has also served on the board of child-serving and criminal justice focused national nonprofits.
